Here’s what to do if your desk develops a problem (usually if it has been relocated or there has been a power cut or surge), and the desk will not go up but only go down.

Don’t Panic!

Your Linak desk needs to be rebooted or reinitialised. Just drive your desk down to the lowest point, keep your finger on the down button and wait for a slight judder (this is the control box reconnecting). Then drive your desk up again. All done.
