Delivery Information

Unless Otherwise Stated – Free Tailboard / Kerbside  Delivery is Included in the price you pay to UK Mainland

Highlands and Islands will incur an additional surcharge and dependent upon your location and the product purchased there may be an additional delivery surcharge, we reserve the right to make an additional charge which we will advise after you have placed an order, this mainly applies to Inner London but other locations could incur an additional delivery charge, alternatively please contact us before placing an order for clarification on 01823 668429, or email info@heightadjustabledesks.com. If a purchase is made from our website that requires an additional delivery surcharge, this will be invoiced separately after purchase.

The product will be delivered to you either pre-built assembled or flat packed for you to build, by our specialist logistic Company’s but we will confirm method of delivery before despatch. In some instances we are only able to offer a palletised delivery, this will be notified at the time of ordering. Please note that free delivery includes only drop-off/kerbside delivery to a building or premises entrance for placement by your own personnel.

If delivery and placement (placement includes taking the product beyond the building threshold and onward to the ground or above ground level position, subject to availability of lifts or staircases wide enough to accommodate the goods concerned) are required an additional charge may be incurred subject to the installation location.

Delivery Lead Times

We quote lead times for delivery when customers place their orders.  We always act with our best endeavours to deliver on time, but in the event of those delivery dates altering from the date quoted when you purchased the products, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by our suppliers, as they are beyond our control.  We will make every effort to resolve any delays as quickly as possible.
